Chemical Properties: Product Description: Commodity is freeze-dried powder containing stabilizer. Soluble in water. Enzymatic reaction: Malate + coenzyme I = oxaloacetate + reductive coenzyme I + H+. The optimum pH was 9.2-9.5 (malic acid oxidation reaction) and 7.4-7.5 (oxaloacetic acid reduction reaction). Isoelectric point pI 6.1-6.4. Absorption coefficient (E1% 280) 2.8. Starters are phosphate, arsenate, magnesium (MG2+), zinc (Zn2+).

Purpose: Biochemical research.

Storage Conditions: Sealed at 4℃for dry storage.
