Job requirements:

1) Master's degree or above in organic synthesis or medicinal chemistry, more than 8 years of process R&D experience, 3 years of R&D management experience;

2) With a solid knowledge of organic synthesis, strong ability to solve problems, skillfully design a reasonable synthetic route and optimize the reaction, familiar with the separation and analysis of compounds, and can carry out professional analysis;

3) With rich experience of leadership, strong communication and coordination skills, high sense of responsibility, and provide guidance and training for R&D personnel;

4) Familiar with the "Drug Administration Law", "Good Manufacturing Practices", CGMP/GLP and other medical laws and regulations;

5) Familiar with advanced process development processes and means;

6) It is necessary to lead a team of 15-20 people to complete various process R&D tasks;

7) Proficiency in professional English on chemistry , able to communicate with foreign clients in listening, speaking, reading and writing without any difficulty;

8) Experienced in R&D of large pharmaceutical companies or overseas related industries is preferred.

1) Conducting sound communication with suppliers to ensure effective control of product procurement costs and the stability and improvement of other supplier services;

2) Purchase and preparation of global chemical raw materials, and flexible adjustment according to different urgency, priority of work;

3) Promote business process optimization, communicate well with colleagues at headquarters and branch offices, and improve team’s working efficiency;

4) Coordinate the requirements of relevant internal supply chain departments, actively communicate and discover problems, solve problems and make rational plans;

5) supplier factory inspection; supplier relationship management and maintenance, supplier visit report and other related work follow-up.

job requirements:

1) Full-time undergraduate degree or above (chemical related major), under 35 years old, male or female;

2) English level 4 and above, 1-3 years of experience in the procurement of fine chemicals;

3) skilled in word, excel, PPT and other office software, operating the EPR system will be preferred.

2) More than one year of drug analysis and research experience;

3) Familiar and can independently complete various inspection operations (such as liquid phase, gas phase, nuclear magnetic, infrared, etc.) of the drug;

4) Familiar with the guiding principles of new drug research, can independently complete new drug methodological research, quality standard research, stability investigation and application of declaration materials;

5)English proficiency and strong ability of data retrieval, analysis and collation skills;
