Chemical Properties: White Freeze-dried Powder. Soluble in water. The maximum absorption wavelength is 280 nm (pH 5.9). Isoelectric point 10.5. It is stable in neutral or acidic solution at high temperature. Molecular structure changes irreversibly in strong alkali medium with pH higher than 12. Some structures of urea treated 8 mol/L were reversibly denatured.

Purpose: Tissue culture. Affinity chromatography. Inhibitors of trypsin, chymotrypsin, vasopressin and cytoplasmin. Proteolysis inhibitors in radioimmunoassay of polypeptide hormones.

Storage: Sealed at 4℃ for dry storage.
