Chemical Properties: Light yellow powder. It smells fishy. A nutrient that supplies bacterial nitrogen sources. It is prepared by enzymatic hydrolysis of selected marine fish meal. Easy to absorb moisture. After boiling and melting with water, it becomes a light yellow transparent liquid. The pH of 2% aqueous solution is 5.5-7.0.

Purpose: Bacterial culture.

Storage Conditions: Sealed, cool and dry.
