Chemical Properties: An enzyme that hydrolyzes ribonucleic acid. Commodity is white crystalline or freeze-dried powder, there are also 50% glycerol thick solution. It is sensitive to humidity. It is very soluble in water. Enzymatic reaction: Catalytic cleavage of 3'-and 5'-phosphodiester bonds of ribonucleic acid to form oligonucleotides with 2', 3'-cyclic monophosphate derivatives. The water solution is quite stable below 25℃, and the maximum stability range is pH 2-4.5. The optimum pH was 7.7. The optimum temperature is 65 C. Isoelectric point (pI) 7.8. Specific optical rotation [alpha] 25D-0.47℃ (measured in nitrogen per mG, c=5, in water). Inhibitors are 0.0005 mol/L magnesium (MG2+), deoxyribonucleic acid (competitive inhibitor), denatured deoxyribonucleic acid (more effective than natural).

Uses: Biochemical research, determination of nucleic acid structure, deoxyribonucleic acid and ribonucleic acid degradation.
